We are in the midst of winter here, so to bring some summer into the house we enjoy making (and drinking!) smoothies. Here’s my recipe for a peach smoothie.
2 cups sliced peaches, frozen
1/2 cup orange juice
1/2 cup yoghurt (plain or peach)
1 tsp honey
1/2 to 1 cup of water, to desired thickness
1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract
Put in blender and pulse until smooth. Add more water, if too thick. Add ice cubes, more yoghurt or half a banana if too thin.
