1 cup strawberry yogurt
1 banana, peeled and cut into chunks
1 cup strawberries (frozen or fresh)
1/2 cup blueberries (frozen or fresh)
1/2 – 1 cup water / ice
1. Place yogurt and fruit into a blender.
2. Add water or ice and blend until smooth. If you are using frozen fruit, add water. If you are using fresh fruit, add ice.
3. Serve in glasses.
