Miss S came home from school with these seedlings. Her class has been learning about plants. She planted peas, a lettuce and a sunflower. We will plant them in the vegetable patch when the weather improves. I look forward to teaching Miss S about the garden and how things grow. She had fun last summer picking and eating all the peas that I grew. I didn’t have enough left to freeze! She will be able to enjoy the peas from her own plant this year.
