The weather outside is:
Chilly! We had some snow over the weekend and it will be a high of -12C today, but with the wind chill it feels like -19C. Hopefully, the sun will be back out again soon.
On the menu this week:
Monday: Homemade shake n bake chicken with mashed potatoes and peas
Tuesday: Slow cooker pork chops with rice and broccoli
Wednesday: Hawaiian pizza
Thursday: Maple salmon with herb and butter pasta and spinach salad
Friday: Baked teriyaki chicken with rice
Saturday: Dinner out
Sunday: Chicken fajitas
