2021 Goals | Update 7

November 17, 2021 by Debbie Leave a Comment

This is November’s update for my 2021 goals.

2021 Goals | Update 7

Health

Goal 1. Lose 15 pounds. I have now lost a total of 12 pounds for the year. I’m feeling happy that I’m nearly at my goal.

Goal 2. Walk 1,000 miles. I have managed to walk 883.65 miles. I should achieve this goal before the end of the year. I have to walk approximately 2.5 miles per day.

Goal 3. Practice self-care. I have not done well with this recently. I have been feeling sluggish and have not been sleeping well over the last few weeks. I am still drinking water throughout the day, but as the weather has turned colder, I have not been eating as healthily as I should. Mini Halloween candies are sneaking their way into my diet.

Family

Goal 1. Have a date with each of my girls once a month. Miss C and I are continuing to watch the Camp Cretaceous series together. Miss S and I plan to watch Pride and Prejudice together later this month.

Goal 2. Have one date a month with my husband. We are planning to spend some time together later this month, in celebration of my birthday.

Goal 3. Have a family date once a month. We enjoyed a family walk together this past weekend at a local reservoir and nature area.

Home

Goal 1. Declutter my basement. I have not achieved much in the basement this month. I’m not sure how much I’ll be able to get done before Christmas.

Goal 2. Organize our digital photos. Summer photos have been downloaded into folders, but I need to go through and delete any fuzzy ones.

Goal 3. Keep to a regular housecleaning routine. I have deep cleaned a few rooms, but I need to try better at keeping up with my housecleaning routine.

Blog

Goal 1. Post on a regular basis. I need to work on my editorial calendar for the winter months, so I can keep posting regularly.

Goal 2. Complete the blogging course I purchased. I am working my way through the next assignment.

Goal 3. Build a community. I have a few ideas and will work behind the scenes to achieve more on this next year.
