31 Days of Autumn {Day 25}: Family Fun Night: Board Games

Playing board games together as a family is a great activity and perfect for the weekend.

Here are a few of our favourite family games.

Spuzzle

Great fun for the whole family. The object of the game is to be the first player to finish your five puzzles.

Guess Who

A two player guessing game. Players alternative asking questions to determine the identity of the character the other person has chosen. A great game for children to practice asking questions, listening and observation skills.

Chutes and Ladders

A classic game. Simple but fun. Players take turns rolling a dice and moving the number of squares indicated. Winner is the first person to reach the 100th square at the top of the board.

Quack Quack

A simple memory game. The object of the game is to collect as many of the cards as you can by correctly guessing the hidden animal.

Monster Bingo

Great game for preschoolers to learn shapes and colours. The object of the game is to be the first player to cover four monsters with slime tiles. It’s easy for little ones to understand and is fun.
