One of the memories I enjoy thinking about was the year my husband and I were staying at a resort and they offered a class painting green pottery, which they would then take back, fire and bring back to the resort. I told my hubby that I was going to do that to celebrate my birthday, and the next thing I know, he’s sitting right next to me! We had a blast!

I remember visiting different parks with my kids when they were small. It was such an adventure for us all…new place and activities for them, new moms to meet for me!

    I always loved catching Fireflies~

That’s a perfect summertime list if I ever saw one! The family year book idea is my favorite. 🙂

I was just talking to a mum today who was worried about not being able to go away on holiday and I was trying to share that there are so many things you can do without having to go too far from home. Your post includes some great inspiration and I’m pleased to say I’m featuring it at this week’s Hearth and Soul Hop. I’m so glad you shared it with us!
