Happy Monday everyone! Welcome to another week. How was your weekend? It’s been raining / snowing here, so we’ve spent a lot of time indoors playing games and setting up our new computer.
Breakfast time … what is on the plate this morning:
Oatmeal and a cup of tea.
On today’s to do list:
- Laundry
- Inventory pantry / freezer
- Write grocery list
- Help the girls clean their bedrooms
- Enjoy Victoria Day together

The weather outside is:
Wet, wet, wet!! As it is the long weekend, we’ve had rain and snow. The rest of the week will be a mix of sun, rain and maybe some thunderstorms.

- Monday: Swiss and ham chicken with mashed potatoes and asparagus
- Tuesday: Barbecue pork chops with green beans and butter and herb pasta
- Wednesday: Cottage pie and green salad
- Thursday: Three cheese tortellini with caesar salad
- Friday: Leftovers / buffet night
- Saturday: Tacos

Looking forward to this week:
Having a productive week. Lots to do and I would love to cross off some projects on my list.

Thanks so much Jodi! I hope you have a lovely week too.
What a fun picture! We’ve had lots of rain. I’m very glad the time for snow is long past for us (even though we didn’t get much this winter). Hope you are having a great week!
your menu sounds so good. Im curious about your Swiss and ham chicken, is it similar to chicken cordon blu?
Hey Debbie! I love reading your round up of this week’s activities. Sorry that your weekend was so rained out! I had to re-read your sentence twice up there to make sure you really said, snow. I can’t imagine snowing in May! Hope mother nature has recovered and you have some great sunshine coming your way. Thanks for stopping by #shinebloghop this week!
I always look forward to having a productive week too! Thank you for sharing with us on the Art of Home-Making Mondays at Strangers & Pilgrims on Earth! 🙂
Thank you for sharing this post with us at the Hearth and Soul Hop, Debbie. It sounds like it’s going to be a delicious week at your house with the lovely menu you have shared!
