We took the girls to see Disney on Ice’s Dare to Dream show. It was fantastic. Miss C loved seeing Snow White and the seven dwarfs and Miss S loved Rapunzel’s part of the show. We had a fabulous afternoon.
Miss C’s school worked hard on their spring concert. All the children were involved in creating an opera. She played the part of an alien and had such a fun time. She spent many hours practicing the songs and the dance movements at home. My heart was bursting watching her. I was so proud of my little Miss C. {No photos as cell phones were not to be used during the concert.}
We had a great day out at our local zoo. The animals were very active that day.
I had such a lovely Mother’s Day. My girls made me pictures, cards and poems. I am blessed. I also received a FitBit. I have been working on my weight and health and this was such a perfect gift. Now I just need to figure out how to use it!
My husband and I were lucky enough to attend The Piano Guys concert at a local auditorium this week. They were absolutely wonderful live (and very funny). We had an awesome date night.
I also have some sad news to share. Miss S’s lovely hamster, Bella, passed away this week. She was a gentle, loving pet and will be missed.
