Baked Oatmeal Squares

March 25, 2016 by Debbie 8 Comments

These baked oatmeal squares are very easy to make and so handy to have available for breakfast or a quick snack.

Baked Oatmeal Squares

Ingredients

  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 5 tbsp coconut sugar
  • 2 tbsp applesauce
  • 1/3 cup egg whites
  • 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon

Directions

Preheat oven to 350F.

Grease an 8″ x 8″ pan.

In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients together.

Pour into the prepared pan and bake for 25 – 30 minutes until the edges are browning and a toothpick inserted into the centre of the squares comes out clean.

Allow to cool and cut into four squares.

Enjoy!
