This banana strawberry smoothie is delicious and so good when it’s hot outside.
Ingredients
- 1 cup strawberry yogurt
- 1 banana, peeled and cut into chunks
- 1 cup strawberries (frozen or fresh)
- 1/2 cup blueberries (frozen or fresh)
- 1/ – 1 cup water / ice
Directions
1. Place yogurt and fruit into a blender.
2. Add water or ice and blend until smooth. If you are using frozen fruit, add water. If you are using fresh fruit, add ice.
3. Serve in glasses.
