Frozen Banana Bites

May 8, 2015 by Debbie 10 Comments

Frozen Banana Bites

These adorable frozen banana bites are child-approved, quick and easy!

Melt 1 cup of chocolate chips together with 1 tbsp vegetable oil in the microwave or in a bowl over a pan of simmering water.

Cut 2 bananas in slices to your preferred size.  Thicker slices for dipping or thinner slices for spreading with your favorite nut butter and stacking together before dipping.

Use a fork to dip the banana slices in the chocolate and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Decorate with your choice of toppings.  Suggestions are coconut flakes, chopped nuts, sprinkles or crushed candy.

Place in the freezer for an hour or two.

Enjoy!

I need to make these for my junior high Sunday School class. It never occurs to me to dip bananas. Yum! Pinned! Coming to you from “Espressos of Faith” via #Mom2MomMondayLinkup.
