The weather outside is:
Not too bad. It rained this weekend, so most of the snow and ice has disappeared. The sun should be making an appearance this afternoon!
On the menu this week:
Monday: Barbecue baked chicken with bacon carbonara pasta and asparagus
Tuesday: Fish fingers, potato wedges and baked beans
Wednesday: Pepperoni pizza and salad
Thursday: Roast chicken with mashed potatoes and broccoli
Friday: Leftovers/buffet night
Saturday: Dinner out
Sunday: Crockpot chicken alfredo
What I am creating at the moment:
Gingerbread cookies and whipped shortbread
