Cloudy and about -8C. The sun may come out this afternoon to warm things up a little.

- Monday: Foil-baked chicken and mushrooms
- Tuesday: Beef stroganoff
- Wednesday: Chicken fajitas
- Thursday: Maple salmon with rice and green beans
- Friday: Meatloaf with mashed potatoes and broccoli
- Saturday: Dinner out
- Sunday: Dinner out
