The weather outside is:
Lovely and warm today. Blue skies, fluffy clouds and sunshine! It will cool down tomorrow with showers and a possible thunderstorm.
On the menu this week:
- Monday: Homemade chicken fingers, oven fries and salad
- Tuesday: Tacos
- Wednesday: Baked chicken, spaghetti with four cheese pasta sauce and green beans
- Thursday: Gammon steak with baked beans and scrambled eggs
- Friday: Vacation
- Saturday: Vacation
- Sunday: Vacation
What I am creating at the moment:
A huge packing list for vacation.
Things that make me happy:
Watching the birds in my garden.
Looking forward to this week:
Vacation!! We are heading to Kelowna for a relaxing holiday.
