Homemade Croutons

Homemade croutons in blue bowl


Ingredients:

2 – 3 pieces of good quality bread
Olive oil
Italian seasoning mix

Directions:

1.  Preheat the oven to 350F.

2.  Lay out the bread slices on a baking sheet.

3.  Drizzle olive oil over the bread slices.

4.  Evenly sprinkle Italian seasoning mix over the bread slices.

5.  Bake for 10 – 15 minutes until golden brown.

6.  Cool and cut into 1″ cubes.

Store in a zipper bag for a day or two or freeze for future use.
