Welcome to my monthly post giving you an update on how I did on my goals for last month.
Last Month’s Goals
Goal 1
Sort through my clothing and donate any unused items. Completed, except the items are in a bag waiting for me to drop them off at the thrift store.
Goal 2
Exercise 3 times a week. Completed. I went walking (and completed 47.93 km towards my Cotswold Way virtual Conqueror Challenge). Some even outside in between the snow and rain! I also did some weight lifting.
Goal 3
Finish decluttering the kitchen. Did not finish. I have to complete my pantry.
Goal 4
Save money towards my emergency fund. Completed.
Goal 5
No screens after 8:30 pm. For the most part, I did well with this, but I had a few nights where I was watching YouTube videos after 8:30 pm.
Goal 6
Read for 30 minutes before bed. See above. I did not read every night before bed.
Goal 7
Delete 50 photos from my phone. Completed. Yay!
Goal 8
Drink 4 glasses of water a day. Completed. I did well with this during the month. I’ll add it to next month’s goals again to try and keep this habit forming.
May’s Goals
Goal 1
Buy flowers for myself.
Goal 2
Exercise 3 times a week.
Goal 3
Declutter my pantry.
Goal 4
No screens after 8:30 pm.
Goal 5
Read for 30 minutes before bed.
Goal 6
Drink 4 glasses of water a day.
Goal 7
Save money towards my emergency fund.
Goal 8
Make a health appointment that I have been putting off.
