Mint Green Smoothie

In honour of St. Patrick’s Day, here is a delicious mint green smoothie recipe for you to enjoy.

Mint Chip Smoothie with Shaklee Life Shake

Mint Green Smoothie

Adapted from Leticia Andrade’s recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 cup water
  • 2 scoops vanilla protein powder
  • 2 handfuls of mint
  • 3 handfuls of kale
  • 2 handfuls of spinach
  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt
  • 2 tbsp ground flaxseed

Directions

Blend together all ingredients until smooth. Add more water if needed. Top with chopped dark chocolate chips (if desired).

Enjoy!
