Raspberry Peach Smoothie

April 10, 2015 by Debbie 6 Comments

Raspberry Peach Smoothie

This raspberry peach smoothie is so simple and delicious!

Blend together 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt, 1/4 cup almond milk, 1/2 cup water, 1/8 cup ground flax meal, 1/2 cup frozen peaches and 1/4 cup raspberries.

If too thick, add more water.  If too thin, add more yogurt.

Enjoy!

Yum! I love this combination of fruit flavours! I might try it with kefir!
