Hi! I love your blog, especially the homemaker mondays =) It helps me to organize me better. I wish i could read some of this books this year. Greetings from Mexico!
Interesting books, Debbie! I love great summer beach reads and you gave us some good suggestions here. I’m starting JoJo Moyes’s Me Before You next week ๐ Thank you for sharing this on #shinebloghop this week!
That looks like a great read Maria! Enjoy.
I’ve been working my way through Nancy Thayer summer books– Island Sisters, Nantucket Sisters, The Island house, etc.
Ooh, those look like great ones to add to my summer reading list! Thanks for visiting Joanne.
I have never heard of the Sisters of the Quilt, they sound really really good!! I will have to add them to my bookshelf ๐
They’re very good books Susanne. I hope you enjoy them. Have a lovely week!
The sister of the quilt series sounds awesome!! I have always enjoyed reading stories about the Amish.
Me too Melony! These books are really great. I’m going to see if I can find more Cindy Woodsmall books at my library. Have a great weekend!
These look interesting. The sisters of the quilt might be one I enjoy! Visiting from #ThursdayFavoriteThings! I am going to feature this post on #ThursdayFavoriteThings.
It’s a great story Marilyn! Thanks so much for visiting.
I am always on the lookout for a good read especially in the summer. While I adore non-fiction, I make myself read fiction to relax and escape into another world. These look really interesting. My current bedside table books are: The Weekenders by Mary Kay Andrews and President’s Shadow by Brad Meltzer. I also keep a paperback beach read for floating in the pool and this is an old one that I never had picked up after I purchased…hits a little close to home from the “shopaholic” series – The first in the series “confessions of a shopaholic”. I find myself in her mindset to an extent, though she is a grand exaggeration of anyone I have ever known. It is enjoyable yet scary and makes me rethink my shopping practices! ๐
I am reading The Lake House by Kate Morton. Both your books sound really good, definitely candidates for my to read list! Thank you for sharing with us at the Hearth and Soul Hop.
I always enjoy seeing what other bloggers are reading. Thank you!
I love reading Amish fiction so I will be sure to checkout that book. The best book I have read in the past month or so has been Sally Clarkson’s Own Your Life. I also do a monthly recap of what I have been reading and am so glad I found your blog. I’ll be making a note to check back in with you. ๐ Happy reading!
That sounds like such an interesting book Amanda! Have a lovely weekend.
