February 2017 Goals

February 1, 2017 by Debbie 2 Comments

Happy February!

lake and mountain view with text overlay which reads 2017 Goals February

Last month’s goals

Personal

Exercise 30 minutes every day and/or walk every day

Run at least once a week (Did not do this)

Go to bed by 10 p.m. to ensure I have enough sleep (Big fail.  I stayed up too late, too often because the house is quiet and I can work on what I want to do)

Drink 5 large glasses of water a day

Walk 10,000 steps a day

Planning ahead and preparing / eating healthier snacks (I didn’t do this either. I try to have a Shaklee life shake every day, but I need to work on having snacks ready to eat.  I want to prep celery and carrot sticks, hard boiled eggs, protein balls and chopped fruit).

Take an afternoon to work on my paper crafting hobby

Start learning French

Have a coffee date with a friend

Family {Motherhood & Marriage}

Have a date with my husband

Spend quality one-on–one time with each of the girls

Weekly game night with the girls

Visit the library together

Do one healthy activity together each week

Homemaking

Write Christmas thank you notes

Organize file cabinet and shred old papers (started)

Schedule dentist appointments

Declutter / organize desk

Plan and make 4 freezer meals (made chili and meatballs)

Blogging / Business

Plan editorial calendar for January / February

Work through one lesson in blogging course

Create a daily schedule (including writing, emails, photo editing and social media scheduling) (Started, but did not finalize this yet.)
