The weather outside is:
Snowy! We had another few inches overnight and it was still snowing when I took the girls to the bus this morning. The rest of the week should be a mix of sun and clouds and then more snow next weekend.
On the menu this week:
Monday: Homemade chicken nuggets with baked beans
Tuesday: Tortellini with pink sauce and garden salad
Wednesday: Baked chicken with asparagus, green beans and mashed potatoes
Thursday: Spaghetti bolognese with caesar salad
Friday: Leftovers/buffet night
Saturday: Pepperoni pizza
Sunday: Roast pork and trimmings
