Lovely. The snow is melting, the sun is peeking out and it will be a high of 2C today.

On the menu this week:

Monday: My birthday choice – Vietnamese
Tuesday: Teriyaki chicken with rice
Wednesday: Spaghetti bolognese with caesar salad
Thursday: Barbecue pork chops with mashed potatoes and green beans
Friday: Leftovers/buffet night
Saturday: Roast chicken with fries, corn and salad
Sunday: Gammon steak with baked beans and scrambled eggs
